The Project Grad celebration is fully funded by fund raisers, sponsorships and donations with the majority of the funds coming from the fund raisers. Project Grad is run by parents of graduating seniors. Assistance is needed from every senior parent that can help, either by volunteering to help or by monetary donation. Members of the Project Grad committee will be contacting senior parents in an effort to get participation and/or donations.
It is necessary to obtain parent donations so we have funds to reserve other fund raisers. Most events require payment in advance or a large deposit. So, we are asking that all parents participate in some way. If you are not interested in helping and do not want to be contacted directly, a BUYOUT donation of $100.00 or more, would remove you from any further meetings and or fund raising events. This would also include an entrance pass for your student to attend Project Grad. There are smaller levels for your donations; $25.00, $50.00, or $75.00. If you are interested in donating and need to spread your payments out over time, we are willing to work with you in anyway. If you should be a parent who also has your own business, we would accept your business donation.
As always, please remember that this is for our graduating seniors. Help anyway you can so we can provide a fun, safe and unforgettable celebration for the seniors!
