Dinner at Raymore Dairy Queen Tonight!

Need help with dinner tonight! Come out and support Ray Pec Project Grad by eating at Dairy Queen in Raymore from 4-9pm! A percentage of sales during that time will go direfctly to Project Grad. Thanks for helping our kids have a fun and safe graduation night!!

ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS:

Project Grad will be hosting a Golf Tournament at Loch Lloyd on April 6th and a Sporting Clays Shooting Tournament at Powder Creek on April 17th as our two largest fundraising events of the year.

There will be a meeting this Friday, January 22, in the auxiliary commons at the high school to organize each committee. Sporting Clays committee will meet at 6:30pm, chaired by Eric Arnold and Dan Olsen.

The Golf Tournament Committee will meet at 7:30pm, chaired by Paul Tranovich.

We are still in need of more volunteers so if you are interested, please come join us!

RayPec Football District Championship Shirts!!!

Project Grad is selling RayPec Football District Championship Shirts! We will be selling them Friday, Nov 13th during lunch hour at the high school and hopefully the freshman center too (still looking for volunteers). We will also be selling the shirts at the Project Grad tent at the playoff game this Saturday, Nov 14th at Panther Stadium (game starts at 1:30pm). The shirts are black and come in short or long sleeves. Short sleeve shirts will be $10 and long sleeve shirts will be $15. Sizes XXL and larger will be a few dollars more.

If you need a shirt size that we do not have, we can order alternate sizes (youth up through 5X) as needed. To order alternate size shirts please contact Julie Osborne at chair@raypecprojectgrad.com.

Family Portraits

Project Grad has a special offer for Family Portraits that will be taken this weekend – Nov. 6-8. These would be great Christmas gifts!!! It only takes 10 minutes!! Here are the packages:

Package A – 1 5×7, 2 4x5s, and 4 wallets for $27.00

Package B – 2 5x7s, 2 4x5s and 8 wallets for $32.00

Package C – 1 8×10, 2 5x7s, 4 4x5s and 8 wallets for $37.

The pictures will be taken at the Middle School.

Raymore is getting it’s very own Halloween store this year! Let’s all welcome new local business Monster Halloween. The store will be located in front of Wal-Mart between Noe’s Jewelry and the T-Mobile store. The store’s opening day is Thursday, September 17th.

Project Grad At RayPec Football

Project Grad fund raising activities were in full swing at the RayPec football home opener. The Project Grad tent and table were setup and had lots of activity all night! Volunteers helped out gathering donations, selling all sorts of fun items for students, selling trash bags, getting names of more senior parent volunteers and running the 50/50 raffle. Thanks to all volunteers who helped out. We couldn’t do it without you!

RayPec Football – Friday, Aug 28th

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to help at the first RayPec home football game this Friday the 28th. The Project Grad table will be set up and we’ll be soliciting donations, offering buyouts, signing up new volunteers and running the 50/50 raffle. This is all for our graduating seniors! Let’s start the year off right! Let us know if you can help!

If you’re unable to volunteer but you’ll be attending the game, think about buying a 50/50 raffle ticket or two…or ten! The money collected during the raffle is split between the holder of the winning raffle ticket and Project Grad. Every dollar counts!

Panther Night! Thursday, Aug 2oth

You are invited to a ribbon cutting for the newly-renovated Panther Stadium and track. The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, at part of the annual Panther Night. The night’s activities begin at 5 p.m. when volleyball players will play an exhibition game in the high school gym; softball players will have an exhibition game at the softball field; and soccer players will scrimmage on the field. The ribbon cutting ceremony is set for 6 p.m. at the stadium, and will include the Panther Pride marching band, the cheerleaders and the Prowlers dance team. Cross country team members plan to run through the stadium on the new track. Other fall sports coaches and players may be represented. Everyone is welcome to attend. Following the ribbon-cutting, the junior varsity and ninth grade football teams will scrimmage on the field.

Football Jamboree! Friday, Aug 21st

Come on out to Panther Stadium and watch RayPec, Belton, Harrisonville and other nearby high schools scrimmage on the new field! Lots of football action. Get a preview of the upcoming RayPec football season!
