The Project Grad Committee will have someone in the Main Commons during your lunch shift on May 13th and May 14th for Power Play registration. We will also be there during the SENIOR BBQ on May 19th. If you miss those times, you can see TIna Misner in the office.

COST: $5.00 unless your parents did the Buy-Out and you must have a signed waiver. Those under 18 must have parent sign.

Senior Parents:

There will be a Project Grad meeting to cover final details before the event on Tuesday May 4th, 2010 at 6pm at the Freshman Center. Please plan to attend if you are able to work a shift at the Power Play.

Attention Seniors!

Project Graduation Committee members will be at the high school during lunch the week of April 26th-30th to register all seniors for the Project Graduation Celebration.

The cost is $5.00, unless your parent did the BUY-OUT and then there would be no additional cost.

Seniors over 18 can sign their own waiver, those under 18 can pick one up during lunch and return it along with the $5.00 anytime this week during lunch, or to Tina Misner in the front office. Seniors can bring a guest, but a ticket for $35.00 must be purchased, and a waiver must be signed.

The Project Grad meeting scheduled for March 16th has been moved to Thursday, March 18th. It will be in the conference room at the front office of the high school. We will be combining the regular meeting with golf. We need help!!!!

Dinner at Raymore Dairy Queen Tonight!

Need help with dinner tonight! Come out and support Ray Pec Project Grad by eating at Dairy Queen in Raymore from 4-9pm! A percentage of sales during that time will go direfctly to Project Grad. Thanks for helping our kids have a fun and safe graduation night!!

Our next Project Graduation meeting will be February 2nd at 6:30pm in the LIBRARY!

Also, the Sporting Clays Committees will also be meeting at the same time, same place.

ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS:

Project Grad will be hosting a Golf Tournament at Loch Lloyd on April 6th and a Sporting Clays Shooting Tournament at Powder Creek on April 17th as our two largest fundraising events of the year.

There will be a meeting this Friday, January 22, in the auxiliary commons at the high school to organize each committee. Sporting Clays committee will meet at 6:30pm, chaired by Eric Arnold and Dan Olsen.

The Golf Tournament Committee will meet at 7:30pm, chaired by Paul Tranovich.

We are still in need of more volunteers so if you are interested, please come join us!
